We are a family run property management company that has been set up to ensure that the management of our developments is carried out to a high standard whilst using a common sense approach to ensure that costs are kept to a reasonable level. We work closely with our development Directors to provide help and support as required. We pride ourselves on approaching the management of all of our developments as we would want it done if we or our parents lived on site.

Excellent service. This Project Management Company run by Caroline Cox is dedicated to giving a very professional service above and beyond the norm. She is very knowledgeable trained in larger companies and now providing a thorough service on all her sites. As an owner/Director I have transferred four sites to her. She can be trusted to work in the best interests of the site and liaises well with the Directors. We work as a team and it works very well. This company comes highly recommended.

Bespoke are easily the best P Man. Comp around. Having been involved with several blocks of flats around London & Essex in recent years Caroline Cox who heads up this company is simply No 1. She gives everything a fast response plus a valuable personal touch. Bespoke is well up to date with the fast changing world of regulations unlike the box ticking larger companies. I wish Bespoke in past years, had been managing all the properties I was involved with - it would have saved me a lot of money.
